For anybody interested and not being familiar with Amusing Hobby kits, the fit throughout has been very good, on a par with the big boys, instructions clear and very little flash. There are some huge ejector / mold stubs but they are all hidden from view.
One thing of note is VERY FEW LOCATION holes, just simple dimples and recesses. I thought when I first saw it, bugger but actually it's really not a problem, parts seem to naturally find their place, spooky.
The sprues do seem a little 'waxy', possibly some sort of mold release agent? So I recommend a dunk in warm soapy water before you kick off.
So, as my first AH kit, I recommend it, left field subjects and a decent build experience, what's not to like?
