Thanks guys. No problem Robbo. I like the blue face, PorcoRosso. More snow effects, tried to add some contours so it looks like fresh snow that has recently been trample down. Also added ice effects on the footprints. Will wait until the glue is fully dried before deciding on what next.  |

Thanks guys. Washes, first MiG winter streaking grime, then AK DAK wash. Nice and grimy, is it not? Also a touch of rust on the gas mask holder and spade.   Next up is oils… |

Oils : three shades of earth daubed on the hem and then splattered on the rest of the coat followed by some splattered engine oil. VMS a pigment mixed with WET FX binder and ice sparkles on the hem and sleeve ends of the great coat.  Very nice 3D effect. I hope it sets solid and doesn’t drop off because of the sparkles. |

With the base. The snow is a bit too bright. Will try again when it is darker.   Just the sling to go. The old one was too short. |
