Scale Scotland model show in Edinburgh

The owners at the farm asked if wed like to come along to the feeding of the heard last night...... WOW

They have around 320 on the farm, the 'stud males' are kept in another paddock, very strange, as the adult females came up to feed, the youngsters, ran around together ( the blur in the back of photo 4) Learned so much about alpacas last night :-) Want some now

Must be somat about that neck of the woods....when i used to go to Carlisle there where Lhama small holdings next to the A66!!!..........even spotted 2 camels in a field once!! , i think one of the places was called the `Lhama drama cafe`

We normally use our red and black striped table cloths, but one of the organisers asked if wed use the white ones on the table, for uniformity. We did, and after getting set up spotted others had ignored the request and had different coloured cloths ... oh well

Yes thought so, but thought wed follow suite, didnt realise some were going to break ranks.... at least all the red and black stripes didn't give some a migraine :-)

Thanks, however suspect there wouldn't be much of a market for alpacas........ however the IDF used llamas ( related to alpacas) as pack animals in the mountains :-)
