Tommy, Joe Pete and Bert.........thank you very much indeed chaps for the great comments Bert....i think going the civvy route with one just gives you a whole range of ideas and makes it a relaxed and enjoyable build with no particular rights or wrongs.......and.... you can still add stowage!!.......tempted yet! , i still have the tank-transporter outstanding tho...........minus the trailer of course....i just don`t have the room for the whole caboodle

Sorry folks...i am sooooo busy at the mo i havn`t had a chance to do much, at the mo i`m having to fit new suspension struts/springs/bush and bearings and add the bump stops and dust covers to my son`s car.....unfortunately....i have to do both sides as i never ever repair/replace just one unit , he finished work at 11:45 am and got home which is about 8 miles away at 22:00 pm!!! .....had to wait 10 hours to be recovered by the RAC!!!!! Anyway...a bit of work inbetween various mis-demeners, doesn`t look much different but i have mainly been working the weathering process, i`ve also started to blend in some slime Green effects for moss/algea type stains here and there, the front grill/roof/wooden floor and deck sides have had the diluted green slime added.....the deck end is still WIP at mo, i also re-did the side stowage basket to a lighter wood to match the rear deck, the previous one i did was a tad to dark.....i think this looks better.

Cheers chaps

Be nice to get to one! Thank you very much for the kind words my friend.......i`m just debating about the crane at the mo, i think maybe a well worn/weathered dirty white just to add a lighter colour contrast to the darker deck area....similar to the roof

Amazing work, Mr. Boots! You raise the bar with each update. This build needs to be on a magazine cover.

It certainly is a very impressive bit of modelling, Boots. It looks every bit a show winner.

Sorry folks but i`m really trying to kick start my mojo at the mo...nuff said!!, so i`ve carried on with the crane and some more green weathering on the wood deck and sides, the crane is in early stages yet whilst i get my bearings back on track!..........was on a roll......and then fell off!!

On the home straight i think.......for part 1 anyway.
