The RAF paint scheme is one of the best in use today, much nicer than overall grey IMHO

Thanks, Joe and Steve! I did the last bit of painting today, as I got all the parts painted for the mighty CFM-56 engines. The exhaust cones were painted with AK "Extreme Metal" Burnt Metal. The fans were then painted with AK Dark Aluminum. The nacelle rims and the ring around the burner cone were then painted with Vallejo Aluminum.  |
