Ok here's some more of the pre what ever you call it.
While watching the Indy 500 I installed the mud guards front and back, the markings as well as the wheels and tracks. Last night I coated the right front sprocket with a brown wash and it changed the color as expected, more brownish.
Monaco,Indy 500 and NASCAR Coke Cola 600,great racing and building models, what a wonderful day to be alive.

Nice Badger work there Tony . Thank goodness for replay during the races or I'd miss a lot of the action. Good indeed to be among the walking and gluing .

As long as we can all stand up to pee and the beer still tastes good, then it's always a good day . Nice Stickers and I like the shade on the sprocket too .

OK I sealed in the markings and while that was drying I got to thinking about the other brands of OD that I had and Vallejo Model Air US Olive Drab seemed to be more brown than the others so what I did was mix a 80/90% thinner to color and just sprayed a dusting coat not real heavy because my fade was getting weak. To the eye it did add a tinge of brown to the OD but the camera and lights make it appear more green than it is.
I can live with it Tony lee

No Gaz I don't mind at all just ask. My best tip is don't rush it the tolerances are very close so there's not room for error unless you love filling gaps.
