Gorgeous, Pete, and your work with the scratches and weathering is amazing! Another show-stopper in the making.

You're so skilled Pete. You always manage to add that subtle amount of dust and dirt and the camo is the perfect canvas to show it off.

Them decals on the extinguishers come with the kit? can't remember mine being that good The extinguishers come from accurate armour mate as they are the later type not supplied in the kit. Matt coat now on and the start of the shiny bits. As you can see the matt coat has knocked back the dust washes slightly but this can be fixed later on. still waiting on those hornet heads so I might start something else in the meantime.

The flat coat has pulled it together nicely Pete. Like you say, a final pinwash will pop the detail again

Cheers guys, bit of work now on the front headlights and here I managed to punch out a couple of lenses using an old iphone screen protector. This is made of a very clear and thin plastic so it was ideal. The lights look much better hollowed out than just solid resin. My Hornet heads arrived, trouble is that even though the packet says HBH 11 modern british heads in the packet they are Israeli! Looks like a packing error at hornet, hopefully I'll get the correct heads soon.

Looks very good and better than painted solid lenses. What did you use for the side lights and indicators?

Looks very good and better than painted solid lenses. What did you use for the side lights and indicators? The side lights, indicators and stop lights came from www.modellingtool.co.uk, aka little lenses. I used their 1.5mm ones which come in clear, orange & red. New heads arrived today and I've got them fixed to the figures. just a bit of hollowing out needed for a decent fit. Primer on these later & painting over the next few days with any luck.
