Guy, Tommy, Ian, cheers muchly chaps . Tommy that pencil has been in weathering armoury since the 90's . It's from a company called Karismacolor and is rather good, I just need to remember I have it . Today I sprayed a shiny coat on and then added the kit decals and the toolage .

Very nice Paul ! Almost done ! I like the wood block, what paints did you use ? Did it have the texture already ?

Very kind of thee John . The wood block has texture on the top, the sides however have none. This time I used a mix Vallejo 70.940 Saddle Brown and 71.041 Armor Brown for the base colour, then I added 71.141 IDF Sand grey '73 for the texture. When that had dried a thin wash of Mig Track Wash was slapped on . I use this method more or less the same for all wooden parts now, here's the SBS I did for everyone; mho.freeforums.net/thread/3846/painting-kit-wooden-parts-edited

Nice kit and interesting! I completely ignored the existence of this variant. On the other hand, the Germans made way too many experimental variants of their vehicles. You 've done an excellent work mate. After weathering and a matt cote this will look awesome!

Thank you kindly chaps , your praise keeps me running . This little fella from Panzer Art arrived this afternoon . No messing around, opened the box, glued the arms on, primed, first coat of Vallejo Panzer Aces German Tank Crew 333 and the base skin colour have been applied .
