It looks well put together mate, and the fit of parts seems to be pretty good.

The build looks very clean, but then it would in your hands my friend B)
One quick question, are the doors for the auxiliary air intakes or are you going to plug it all up with FOD guards?

The build looks very clean, but then it would in your hands my friend B) One quick question, are the doors for the auxiliary air intakes or are you going to plug it all up with FOD guards? Thanks, Steve! So Hasegawa provides individual doors that can be positioned open or closed. I will depict them as open but since the well is white, I think it will be easier to shoot white on the interior sections and then drop the doors in (which will be green) later. I don't like their two piece exhausts either so I think I will grab some resin ones, for the build. Scalehobbyist carries both Aires and Eduard resin cans.

That sounds like an excellent painting plan for the intakes mate Resin sounds like a good idea too!

Very nice building, do people realise how big these 1/48 Harriers are? I've got a little 1/72

Thanks, Robbo! Yes, the Harrier is a hefty airframe, especially the AV-8B/GR.5/GR.7/GR.9 versions. Lots of pylons on those later variants, too.
