Paul, even the surface styrene/resin makes the paint react different no matter how many coats were brushed on.

The sudden raised temperature keeps me away from the bench these days, I feel like a wet rag and it's not due to a mojo drop.

And to top it off, after doing lots a gardening stuff at the allotment, I went to get a beer from the fridge, and discovered the fridge had died   |

Not much friends, just a sign of life. I basefiddled on the rest of the colours and now I can move on with shadows, highlights...The sling of the binoculars case still needs a brown leather lick of paint.  |
