Absolutely outstanding work AG.. and it's only the internal floor! Those pics show some really heavy dirt and weathering, are you going that far? Thank you Steve, I'm trying to replicate what I picked up from my wartime 'Italy Hellcat' reference photos. This M18 was part of operations around March 1944. Despite the effort I put in this stage 90% won't be visible once the wheels are glued in place. One side, next to add is the greasiness and rubber of the return rollers.

Excellent progress Guy-bro The ref. piccies are grand too . I've been giving that gun ring some thought . Maybe it isn't meant to be used from inside the ring mount. I reckon the use of that ring, is to swing the .50 around, so that the fire can be brought to use in a 360° arc

Jeff, Ian, Steve, Tommy and Paul, thanks a lot friends. I painted the rubber of the return rollers and as soon as these are dry I'll give them a matt coat and a little dust. Tomorrow the wheelage together with the tracks will be coloured. It's a one-piece part, looking forward to that.🤔😖😅

The return rollers are now weathered.🥳 I mixed just a bit of light dust pigment with Dust and dirt deposits.
