Thanks all guys. Today I put the glass roof for above the frontdoor together. I didn't have colourless transparent sheet but the lid of a cup of 150 grams of egg and bacon salade came to the rescue. It was perfect for the effect I was aiming for.π I added three panels of yellow glass to make it look a little more stylish.π·π»
I'll paint it white with a tad of rust and with a schwush of dust and algae.

Brilliant! Guess you could also use some Tamiya clear to create the coloured glass?

Brilliant! Guess you could also use some Tamiya clear to create the coloured glass? Indeed Bert, I want to give the yellow panels a mist of matt clear. I'll test that and if it works that would be nice.

Many thanks muckers. I had to think kind of out of the box to replicate the subtle textured matt effect of the yellow glass panels. Next to do to : A gloss clear coat and light weathering followed by a little matt clear. After drying this is the outcome, happy days.
