Nothing beats Tamiya when it comes to refueling mojo.ππ I didn't do much today, besides airbrushing the sponsons. The ammunition was done with Vallejo air golden brown, just like the song but with paint. I won't go for super shiny cases btw. Tomorrow will be more fruitful.

Smart ammo racks indeed Don't we all love a smart rackπ Today I sprayed on the white in the driver's compartment. I'll slap on a dark wash and tomorrow I want to move on a little more. I won't go for extra detail here as it will be hidden once the tank crew members are installed.

The white parts were given a dark wash and the sponsons were glued in place. The hull sides were airbrushed in a medium olive drab shade. Once dry I grabbed my cojones together and I moved on with... the mud/dust/dirt part. Acrylic Dark Mud Ground from Ammo was thinned down a tadd with water and a little Sand pigment from Mig was added to it. I then dabbed the mixture sparingly onto the sides of the lower hull and the torsion bars etc...which hardened pretty fast which was ideal as I wanted to move on with the next step of the muddification , the enamels. I used Ak's Dust And Dirt Deposits combined with my dark oil wash in order to create different shades. I'll be busy with this stage until tomorrow. More steps to get the mud/dust/dirt job right will follow.

Absolutely outstanding work AG.. and it's only the internal floor!
Those pics show some really heavy dirt and weathering, are you going that far?
