I must be off my tiny mind trying something so small with my right hand but there you go, don't try it you'll never know will you My mate done a couple of these 1/72's at the club last week and I was so impressed with the detail I thought right for a fiver I can't loose can I? Paul was wondering how these Xtrakits build, well, we will find out ![](https://i.ibb.co/v3R2YB2/001.jpg) Cracked it open today and got the inside ready for painting, got to say the detail inside is very good indeed for a 1/72 Got to say though they are very small if you're not used to this scale ![](https://i.ibb.co/NYTZCyk/002.jpg)

Not bad is it Guy? There is hardly any clean up just a bit of flash to get rid of. I'll soon tell you about the fit when I start but first things first, get the inside painted

There's more cockpit detail, specially the side-walls, in there, than in most 48 scale kits ![:o](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/shocked.png)

Agree Paul, panel lines are very good too, not raised like I thought they might be, ticking all the boxes so far
I will be doing a little camo paint job, not the silver as shown on the box
I've got a 1/48 in the stash, might see how this compares with that

Love the Mk.22, Robbo! One of the sexiest of the breed. Now, about those 72 scale rudder pedals.🤣🤣

Tape belts they will be, I'm pretty sure they will look fine through a canopy
