Hi guys, I’ve been beavering away in isolation for a bit. 2018 has been pretty crap so far and as a result I’ve concerntrated more on just doing my thing, rather than trying to record it all... That said here are a few more additions... CADIAN COMMAND SQUAD. Company Commander, Veteran Standard Bearer, Veteran Sniper, Veteran with VoxCaster and Medic. RATLING SNIPER SQUAD. NORK DEDDOG & OGRYN HEAVIES. I tried out a few different techniques on these guys to see if I could enhance my painting a little.. I’ve got plenty more to come... I may do a SBS with one of the character pieces when I get round to it. There is quite a bit of work that goes into each part, as there are generally base colours, followed by shades, then layers and highlights, in some cases it can be 7 layers of work to get the final result for any given colour.

Been working on another Squad of Cadian Shock Troops, which consists of a sergeant, radio man, specialist weapon trooper, heavy weapons trooper and support, 5 regular troopers. Each has been assembled and primed, the sergeant is near complete with the rest at various stages. It’s a slow process, having taken me a few weeks to get to the point of finishing off the first member of the squad! This is the current state of the sergeant. To give a sense of scale, here he is next to a Vallejo paint bottle...
