This arrived Saturday.
Needed a pair of cutters, Sculptamold, basswood strips for trusses for a auto garage I am making. And paints.
I had two of these kits in the past and built one...most of which is in the spares. In my opinion this is the definitive Jeep kit. It's 1/24 scale, has a hard top, and has those outlandish paint scheme of the AMC 70s....which I refuse to actually use. It's been in the reissue schedule for a bit...finally out. Grabbed one...it's a Jeep thing. I need to buy me another real Jeep.
I picked up the US rain gear troops for a build I want to do. The single figure...that's a 1/24 scale deal. I hate what I had to pay for it...way overpriced in my opinion. And it hasn't gone down like the three I did for the Dirty and Battered GB...you can get all three of those for under $20usd now. It's bought so...no sense griping...it actually looks nice. Look for that one being used at some point.
Probably what I'll do for the Pimp My Model GB.

Nice alexb. I like the figures in the rainwear. Found an online shop in Tokyo for figures. The book is in Japanese and English.
