Lovely work Tim . Do you fancy doing a tad detailing ? What the feck! Wish I had seen this before. So many questions answered. The kit gives you much of this detail but it would appear that it should be used in a very different manner. Prime example being the jacks. From what this shows only two of them (which are stowed on the rear) and when required moved to mid trailer, coupled with the fact that the jacking handles are stowed elsewhere and not left attached. Kit provides 4, 2 stowed at rear and 2 at the mid trailer point with handles still attached ?
I very much need to watch this again, even more closely, in order to correct a few things.

Paul,
Not a problem at all mate. Just wish I had seen it earlier as a few things would have been changed. For now I have just removed the jacking handles. These kept on getting broken off anyway as the ground clearance was minimal and the trailer could not be left on its wheels without support because of this.
It will still make up into a nice looking kit and, if I want to, I still have the option of getting another one and doing it in the green and black of the european theatre and make the changes on that.

That is really a nice build. Love the look of the tractor portion of the combo, especially. That is really a neat looking prime mover.
Regards,
Ian

First week in new job completed and decided to get some bench time in over the weekend. So here be a pictorial update, a heavy pictorial update! Final one with load which has been prepared for a dirty up which might get started during the week. Some areas have come out lighter than I would like or possibly some to dark. However, I will let everything cure properly and then decide if more work is required to pull it all together. Slightly worried that I may have overdone the track runs on the load bed of the trailer, but with the load on most of it is hidden away so possibly no need to fret. More as and when, and as ever ACW. I am really liking the way this is turning out Tim . Considering all the different vehicle types that get loaded onto these things, I reckon the wear on the trailer is pretty convincing
