Sorry for the late reply lads , thanks for the words about the clamping too . But believe me this one one needs that extra touch . I got the fuselage together and sanded after a little persuasion , then I added the wings and noticed they don't fit . So this time I got some grey nasty out (the civilian equivalent of army black nasty), and clamped the wings in place. I just hope they stay where they are now fixed . As you can see there's still some work to be done on the joints, but that hopefully won't be too much trouble .

Okay lads the engines are in, the tail-planes are on, and the horrible gaps are filled . The white stuff you can see is Deluxe Materials water soluble putty , great stuff I must say. Specially for aircraft, just mask off the area with tape, then slap the putty on and clean off when dry with water or as I did Aldi window cleaner with a cotton swab . More soon chaps

Many thanks again dear chaps , and again apologies for the delay here . This kit isn't as good as some would say, there are quite a few fit issues to deal with: 1. As already seen the wings. 2. The engine covers don't fit, to correct this the fuel pipes (?) , have to go. 3. The suggested weight of 15 grams isn't enough, I had to double that. 4. The landing gear is very tight indeed and best added before painting. 5. The front cockpit bulkhead sits too far forward, the bulkhead collides with the nose resulting in a huge gap. Here's the pics for thee all . extra lead in the nose..... .....the gun bays..... ,, .... the front of the cockpit The gap resulting from the cockpit bulkhead . The nose is only dry fit, I am gonna grind the bulkhead back till it fits better and the see what needs filling .

That's some serious lead gone into that mate, and that gap is a pain for sure

I had to catch up Paul, sorry brotha. This seems to be a hard nut to crack but you're doing a mighty fine job with the tape and the filler. The office looks brilliant btw.

Pete, you've sure hit the nail on the head there sir . Boots, I nearly did, but I was thinking more like an oblong shape and reddish in colour . Guy, many thanks indeed my friend . Carl, well appreciated mustache mushty . Some more from today, got the glazing masked up . I held the parts in place on the aircraft and they appeared to fit . I couldn't really tell you if there are any gaps, I just can't see the contours on this soddin' clear stuff . With a bit of luck I should get the interior cockpit colour on the glazing and maybe even primer on tomoz .
