Thanks guys. There is a thin black line going around the lotus, as you can see on the box. Any ideas how to paint it?

Mark it with tape?

Me personally i would spray a rough thin line in black and then mask with thin tape and put the white over the top then remove tape and that should leave a nice thin black line............the curvy parts will be the trickiest tho.

Ditto what Boots said, you can get 1mm Tamiya masking tape

Boots'post is a good choice. As an option you might be able to find some automotive pin striping tape.It does come in very narrow widths.
