This is going to be great to follow !! Terrific choice, I still have Tamyia 1987 catalogue with the 1:12th kit... Oh well, here we go then, white and orange stuff.

Carl/Steve/Pete/Paul - Cheers for lookin' in guys Boots - it wasn't THAT bad TBH, a few cables and hoses would have tidied things up and I've seen some nicely painted OOB examples but I just could be bothered with the masking fella.....I wanna try and improve the finishes on my 'shinies' and that wasn't gonna help things! I'm happier scratching than masking! JP - Don't be comparing this to the 1/12 catalogue build fer ferks' sake!!! Ok moved the detailing along a bit.....only managed an hour it's 32 degrees C in The Cave! Too warm fer me!

This must be the luckiest Porsche kit with that white stuff under the bonnet.

I only have the catalogue not the kit, 1/12 or 1/24.. I'd rather watch your build than get one for myself

That does look grand mate.........the straw hose is a great idea, i used them when i did the Porsche GT1 build......a nice cheap option rather than the AM stuff

Cheers guys - I'm nothing if not painfully tight!!! Changed things up by working on the spare engine (it must be a spare they keep it in the boot!) and corrected the kit roll cage..... AC&?W

Cheers mucker - quite a tidy little engine for OOB, drilled the dizzy for cables, won't need a lot more than that methinks, there's a couple of additions for the bay that Revell missed out but the back end is quite straightforward!
