Hi all, i decided to lower the stash a bit more, so it's time to build Hasegawa's 32nd scale mk Vb. It's going to be modeled as a RHAF (Royal Helenic Airforce) plane from the civil war era. The cockpit was used to upgrade a Revell Spitfire a few years back, so an Aires one will be used. And this is the plane's profile.

Thx for tagging along guys. Start was made, naturally from the cockpit. The resin parts were cut from their attachements, (that was messy) and everything was thoroughly washed. Two parts were warped and needed to be straightened, some hot water and a weight did the trick. Hopefully there will be an update soon. Now i have to get ready for a bbq.

Great, the start has been made . And Boots is probably right . I just edited your post John, there was a strange link at the bottom of it. This isn't the first post to have this, but I shall try and find out what is causing it.

I`ve had those strange links before as well......don`t know if it`s connected with the add image side of things rather than pro-boards, seems to always appear during photo additions rather than script etc

I have seen these links before, they come from the photo upload, this time i didn't notice it, my apologies.... When i see them i delete them. As for the kit, the painting of the cockpit is finished, so i can start building the kit.

Thx Mr Boots. The cockpit is finished and the fuselage is glued. The Aires cockpit is good, but the instructions are next to useless.... It took some sanding on the cockpit's outer surfaces and the inside of the fuselage but i think it went together well.
