Right then today I got on with mixing some Vallejo colours together  , then getting them onto this cool piece of Russian kit  . Vallejo primer, now dried  Tamiya German grey and matt black  Masked orfe, then the Vallejo sky grey/pale blue grey mix was added  Over this came the Vallejo light green/sky grey/bronze green mix  Need to add some more Tamiya German grey areas and touch up the matt black too , then I'll get a wash on the landing gear bays . After that it's shiny time and decals ACW mushtys |

Well my new diopter xmas prezzie arrived this week.....maybe i`ll have a third attempt at a 1/72 wingie  , got a 1/72nd Lanc sitting in the stash that i would love to build ...........i`ll bide my time for the mo |

Cheers dude , but I stand corrected sir, mine is the Hasegawa version . Boy that Airfix Lancaster looks darned fine indeed , I can see why you have added the visual aid to your tooling now . You got the kit mucker, now get started . Oh yeah, the Ruhr dams are about 30mins. away from where I live. Seen them many a time and believe me it's ferkin amazin how those guys flew into there in one piece, let alone bomb the dams  . |
