Boots, Paul H and Des you were all seriously missed fellas . Pete does that mean I am the unusual nutter ? Makes sound a bit like Hitler . As already stated, yes we had a great time indeed, was nice to finally meet up with Ian and see his fabulously finished Hellcat flight deck vignette . Pics will be up tomorrow, they need downloading and sorting out first .

Well I still look at it like this, if I get something I'm happy, if I don't I have to get better.
Dicky you may be right there, but I ain't gonna start crying and biting the carpet about it. Remember the traction engine didn't gong at all at SMC, but that may have had something to do with a judges name that sounds like Gent .

Wiggy had three aircraft in the comp, the Corsair (which was “unrealistically weathered”), the F-15 (“nothing outstanding in the build”) and his P-51D.

All three of those aircraft were darned fine indeed , can't understand why none of them gonged . Maybe we need to build some dinosaurs instead .
