Sorry about the pictures. We're doing a home renovation and everything is out of wack. I've got stuff piled up in rooms...and I lost my usual photo taking spot. I had to improvise on the lighting and it shows.
I gave it some light weathering on the cab body. The frame was weathered a bit more heavily. This is a fleet vehicle, not a private owned rig, so it wouldn't be all customized and such. The decals are stickers that came with the kit....they are horrible...and I used as little of them as possible. I trimmed them up as much as I could. I hand-painted the Mack logos. I added the air and power wires (red, blue, green) for the trailer using wire coiled around the handle of a needle file.
I didn't have enough numbers and letters to make the US Department of Transportation numbers (ex. USDOT123456789) that is usually placed on the side of the cab (doors, front fenders, or bottom of sleeper cab). And no company decal. I'll come up with all of that at some point. I plan on making a flatbed or low-boy trailer for it.
