Ok fellas.........i`ve never done figures for the simple reason that i didn`t really know where to start regarding getting things in order, i have enclosed a couple of simple You Tube videos which may help those like myself that have always been put off by this particular subject.........they may even give a couple of hints/tips to you guys that are already accomplished figure painters.
I found this particular one very easy to follow as an SBS and very informative during the differing stages of painting the face and hands...........i think even i am now tempted to have a go ............these examples are 1/35th and i hope some of yas might find them useful............i know i did.
Part 1 covers the head and hands and part 2 covers the uniform for the pea-dot camo
If you click to bring them to full screen it might make for easier viewing
Part 1
Part 2
I have a few others which i will post when i get a mo

Pretty good videos mate, he uses a very similar method to me. Of course pew dot camo is not the easiest to start with but it does give you a good idea how to achieve good results. practice however does help!
