Thank yo kindly chaps . Today I have been fiddling with the stowage, tools and tracks . I decided to change the colour, of roughly half the hanging bags. These have also all been lightened in prep for the oil weathering. The tools have now gotten their final colours, these will be added to the tank tomorrow . The tracks have been sprayed with a light grey and then they received a slapping of thinned Mig Track Wash .

Canvas bags ;check Tools ;check Tracks ; check
Paul you mastered the wood, the chipped paint on it, and man those tracks look absolutely killer. And the canvas bags with their different shades, this is going to be something!!!

Okay, couldn't resist after Guys post . I slapped some oils and blended them on one of the double packs . Abteilung 502 Buff and Ghost Grey for lightening the base colours, the Mig Dark Wash was used for the shadows . I think you can see which have been slapped and which not

Cheers muchly my friends . I have done the oils on the rest of the baggage today, I might add a tad more Naples yellow tomorrow to brighten up a tad . The tracks got a metal sheen added, this was done with the mark one finger stuck into a jar of graphite and rubbed onto the protruding parts

Steve, Paul, cheers muchly fellas . Unfortunately I have run into a couple of problems . The AM AFV Club tracks, which I have so nicely painted, don't fit the Tamiya Sherman hull, they're too long . Also, the Formation Models tools, which I also rather nicely painted, are impossible to remove from the casting block . They break up and turn into poo. So, this means I have got to make the best of the Tamiya tools and crack open a set of Friuls. Both of which I not doing today, maybe tomorrow or Sunday, but not today.
