With two Eduard Bf 109E's done I think a max relax ootb kit build won't hurt. I read a couple of reviews on it and as usual it has positive and negative points. I'll try to do my best on the cons. I won't purchase aftermarket sets for it and we'll see if I can depend on my brushes to make it somewhat worth to give it a look. Purists better look away, maybe I'll make their stomachs turn. Ok here's a start. I can't tell if this office is up to today's ootb standards but I think it has a certain charm over it with the nicely detailed ejector seat. Didn't forget the Tempest promise btw.🤔😉

Nice! I'm sure you're well up to sorting the changing bits AG.. sorry PG B) The wheel bays need a minimum of scratchwork as the hydraulic system could have been done just a tad better. The instruction manual is pretty vague. Luckily there's the Prime Portal site to check. I'm not a skilled scratcherizer wizard but at least I can try to fabricate something. Pete, I'm still not sure, I like a bare alu one as were the USAF F84-F's. The Belgian Air Force had camo coloured ones and I don't have the proper decals for them at the mo.

The kit hydraulic mechanism was poorly given shape and the instruction manual is vague at this point so I went for a visit at Prime Portal. Now it looks a bit better, not much but still better.🤔

Very nice work Guy . Make sure you get some weight in the nose section of this one, the last thing you want is a tail sitter.

Thanks Steve, today I did the nose wheel and strut. I reworked it slightly because detail looked oversimplified. My scratchwork isn't that wow but I think it looks just a little better.
Btw Steve, it was 36€, sorry.

I'm ok with the result Paul, thanks brotha neighbaman. Can you chaps tell me if these are fuel tanks or napalm bombs? Below them is a tube of Tamiya putty.

They look like fuel cells to me, but had better wait until the real winged experts drop by

Napalm bombs look the same both ends, yours look like two different ends so I wouldn't like to say
