As I get older and the old Mark 1 eyeballs just aren't what they used to be, Some times (always  ) I have a heck of a time lining up the fold lines in my P E bender. I had an idea the other day to see if I could enhance the visibility of said lines. It really helped me out.
So here we go.
What you'll need.
P E,Sharpie,Lacquer thinner,doesn't have to be Tamiya and a paper towel.
Picture for scale and the intended victim .
Take your Sharpie and fill jn the fold line recess. Try to be as neat as you can.It helps in the later steps.
Take the paper towel and dampen a corner of it with the thinner. then remove the excess marker ink leaving as much ink in the fold line recess as possible. You should end up with this.
All three lines done.
3 black lines on a gold background. How cool is that?
About to be bent.
This hold is sweet. You can really see the lines.
For me it works AWESOME.  Give it a try,you might like it.
