Pete, Paul, Mack and Carl many thanks for the kind words fellas . Next time if tammy paints are a question I shall add the optics later, even with the sticker option. Cutting them to shape in situ is a real PITA . Anyway here's todays work so far , I gave it a Mig wash first off, this was Mig wash for NATO tri colour camo, then came some rain streaks also from Mig, then a shed load of mixed VMS pigments. The pigments will get an even heavier covering yet, then they'll still be visible when I fix them VMS matt coat . More soon chaps

Nice bit of grime matey. Interesting you have added pigments before matt varnish, how do you gauge the amount of pigments to add as obviously when you matt coat it will be more subtle? Also do you find it easier to add the pigments before matt varnish and why?

Many thanks indeed dear chaps . Pete, I have decided against fixing the pigments with matt, I can't be bothered to have go over it again if too much disappears . I shall however experiment on an old kit and see how it goes. The idea behind this way was to avoid the soddin' tide marks I always get when using pigment fixer . Still got the headlight lenses and spare track (which I forgot about ) to add yet.

Paul, it looks almost perfect! The way you done the dustification was fantastic and I can say that I saw many, many pics of Leos and they look exactly that.
Great work my friend!
