Took a couple of hours for myself and my plastic this afternoon and with it being too cold to prime the Su-27 I pulled this queen off the shelf. Added seat and cab details plus finished the main body and closed up one side. The Modelcollect website shows this with missiles in the launch ready position but there are no clamps to hold them to the arms, time to make some The chassis is twisted , due to lack of mounting points on the crossmembers, so I’ve glued spacers between the cab, body and missile bay to keep everything straight. They’ll vanish under paint.

Thanks chaps Tonights update, joined the chassis to the body. It didn’t want to fit at all Until I cut off all the mounting lugs! Also fitted the wheels, these have just a vague round stub on the hub and a larger hollow on the inside of the wheel. Negative point, no firm locating point for the wheels. Plus point, you can use the slack to align the wheels as much as possible by eye. ACWAE

Thanks Duke B)
To be honest this is an odd kit, the surface details are excellent, the fit is great on some parts and terrible on others! The suspension and chassis is ‘best guess ‘ but cab and body is great..until you fit it to that awful chassis! I’d be interested in one of thier later kits to see if they are learning.
