After allowing the primer to dry, I’ve applied the first base colour, Terracotta.  As before this has been graduated from bottom to top, Dark to light. After an hour or so to dry, I’ve added the Blood Angels Orange over the top, again graduating upwards.   This will now be left until tomorrow before I add any further base colours, as some will need to be masked off, giving it chance to cure. |

Uber-cool Ade - question: is the Blood Angels chapter symbol an aftermarket item (FW?) or are they supplied in the kit I can see you added them separately? Progress looks to be going swimmingly fella  |

Progress looks to be going swimmingly fella They are part of this kit, but all the decals are UltraMarine only. Actually I’ve found that most of the kit decals only feature smurf markings. I had to acquire old BA chapter and squad decals for my Marines. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Managed to get about 90 minutes at the bench, so I started on the pilot and gunner...    The process from here on is going to be more detailing, adding shade and highlights to everything, so it’ll take a while before there are any major updates showing much change. |

Not had much time at the bench but have managed a couple of small updates... Initial pin wash added to Speeder & figures, more to follow.   More colour added to the underside and rear...   And finally an attempt at burn effects on the weapons...  More to come... |
