Many thanks chaps . I have run into a problem with the second load, the Sd.Kfz.250/8 . I noticed a what appeared to be a blemish on the engine cover, this was in fact a ferkin great blow hole in the plastic . I saw when building the kit, a discoloured area in the plastic and thought nothing of it. You see this lots especially on aircraft kits, but after the primer, paint and masking, one of those steps had caused the air bubble to expand and break through . I removed the offending area and was left with huge hole . Now before I use a tarp (last resort) I am going to try and fill the bugger with Mr. Surfacer . As you can see the paint has almost all gone, I used the VMS "clean slate" for this. But this stuff has issues with the Vallejo primer, it doesn't want to remove it completely . More tomorrow lads.

Okay chaps, the Mr. Surfacer repair job has payed off . And the Sd.Kfz250/8 is back in the running with a new camo job too . I used the Mission Models Dunkelgelb and Tamiya XF61 and 64 for the camo, the green and red brown were sponged on to get a sort of mottled look. More later chaps

Pete, cheers fella . But I have a at least a mile to go yet . Boots, too kind of thee mushty . Ian, thank you kindly . The tarp was only a cheating way to get her done quicker, that way I didn't need to do the interior . Duke, appreciated kind sir . The sponged camo is defo going to be used more on my Axis builds . Not much today, just a load of oil dotting and some pigments have been added. On the Faun I added some more pigments and made a tow pin that was actually missing from the kit. Would look odd otherwise with no trailer holding pin . Pics will be up tomorrow when I have matted everything down

Superb variation of camo there Paul, it’s really tricky to make these non-spray field applied schemes look good in scale but you’ve cracked it

Steve, thank you very much fella . Okay chaps here's the latest doings. Oil dot washes, a small bit of chipping (can't really be seen ) . And as there is still room on the flat bed of the Faun, here's some additional stowage (which I am still working on) .
