I hate when they make you assemble the props like that! I had to do that four times with my Shinmeiwa. Looks like you got it on well and all blades well aligned. Way to go!

Primer is on . I used once again Mig One Shot Black primer. I have decided to change the ordnance on her, being a ground attack aircraft I shall not bother with the Sidewinders . It's getting some nice earth moving equipment instead , 2 GBU-12s and 2 Mk82 Snakeyes

The grey ghost has appeared after all . This is a mix of Vallejo 71.275 - USAF Medium Gray, 71.046 - Pale Blue Grey and a drop of 71.306 - Sky Blue . I'll let fully cure for a a couple of days and then start masking and add the green camo

Many thanks my dear friends . I got the green camo on today , I used Vallejo Green Grey 71.341. After comparing this with decals, it appeared to be perfect . Also I needed a hard edge paint job for this, so out came the new MBK 18mm masking tape. The tape is quite tacky to touch, this worried me a tad as I thought it might pull some paint off when removed. I needn't have worried though, even though it holds darned good to the model and makes you tug a good deal when de-masking, it didn't remove any of the uderlaying paint . I also needed to cut the tape into some small squigles, even here it held perfectly. I didn't bother with a re-spray of the base coat to stop any bleeding, just gently pressed the edges down and all went well . Noticing the plastic core of the tape I checked it against some others I have, I reckon it is the same stuff that Revell markets, just this is cheaper. The tapes, left larger roll MBK, right Revell
