Looking really good Boots. I wonder if Tamiya will make this their 100th 1/48th scale release. I'm sure they have something special planned. I think they would announced what it was at the Shizuoka show. But as I'm sure you know, it's been cancelled because of the Corona virus.

Ok..........got some `splaining to do here and i hopes ya bares with me  I`ve decided to change my build for Carl and put this on hold, having spent what seems like a lifetime on the Sherman with all the detail work i know only to well the FAMO will go thru the same treatment, at this moment i really wanna go with somat a bit more simplified as i know i won`t complete the FAMO on time.......3 months has gone and i`ve done nothing. The Sherman was becoming a bit of a mojo killer towards the end knowing i had another big build in whats now a short time frame i just don`t wanna rush and do a half hearted finish for Carl............and i`m also still working!! Also i really want to do the trailer with it.........so.....i`ve decided to put this on hold temporarily and start somat i can get on with without feeling pressurised with time limit issues.....a bit more of a chilled build so to speak .....this will get done as the FAMO is one of my fav models  I intend to move this thread into the WWII section and let it sit for a while until i`m ready to start.......that way i already have WIP reports at hand A new thread will appear here shortly for Carl I hope you don`t mind fellas |

I agree with you Boots, if ain't working right then back off fella. You certainly don't want to do a bodge job on this. Looking forward to whatever you drop into the Carl build mucker, it'll be good.... I know that much |
