Starting to add some colour to the model, this is the cleanest it will look so make the most of it!

I've been having great fun today with a touch of masking for the black areas on the front of the cab & doors as well as hand painting all the window rubbers etc. Straight flat black was used here as it will get faded during weathering. The dashboard and door inserts were sprayed with a dark grey colour and the seats a nice tan brown. I also hand painted the underside of the truck bed.

Cheers guys, today I sprayed the rocket pods with my ever dwindling pot of citadel boltgun metal. I also started on the wear using vallejo dark rubber as a base for the areas I want to rust up later. With any luck you will see some of it after the rust tones have been added which will give all the scrapes and dings more depth.

I know Paul I always used that boltgun metal and mythril silver on my builds and I've only got some boltgun left. They stopped making those colours ages ago which is a shame as their current metal colours are not as good I think.
