Camo painting today using the old hairy stick. I mixed the faded NATO brown from vallejo 873 US field drab, 301 light rust & white. This went on in two thin coats. The black was just standard vallejo black with a drop of white added. I've also done most of the detail painting too.

Thanks chaps although my Italian is non existent!! Gloss went on this morning after finishing off the detail painting & decals went on this evening. The warning board decal on the back was placed on a suitable thin piece of plastic card rather than the model as called out in the instructions. In real life these signs where mounted on boards etc and usually fixed to the rear of vehicles anyway they could. I'm particularly pleased with the winch as I like the red hitch end for some reason!

Over the last few days the model has had a few very thin filters added as well as some pin washes. As you can see it's not altered the paintwork too much but there's just enough I think as pigments will finish it off. Matt coat went on today and it's looking pretty good.

Thanks very much chaps. I've now sorted out the glazing & lights and also added the cab interior and weathered with pigments. Tonight I'll be adding the chassis & cab body so fingers crossed it all goes together!
