Woweewow! This is master grade construction! The atachement points around the mantelet and all the added details are really making this turet a piece of art. Well done sir.

Good afternoon ppl. Thx for tagging along with this one. Well i can say we are ready for primer. 😎 Bolts on the fenders were made with the punch and die set, the tow hooks holding points at the back of the turret were made from sheet of metal and the cables were scratched. I used Mr Surfacer 500 on the armor to represent the actual surface. Time for the Bronco tracks as well.... 😭

Finally there was some progress. Primer was sprayed. I didn't have any grey primer so i used a sandy one..... 😁 Not the easiest thing with over 40 celcious... Also started cutting the parts for the tracks. The process actually made me angry. Too much work, way too many parts that need a lot of cleaning and the track pads lack detail. Anyway, cutting everything and getting them ready for assembly will take time..... There are 7 sprues i 've cut the pieces from two so far.... 😁😁😁

Primer looks darned fine indeed John , well done specially at that temperature The tracks however look like a right nightmare, but I'm sure you have the patience for them

That looks terrific mate and i`ve done similar tracks before....Meng ones!!..........hope your a better man than me......i`ll say no more
Sticking individual links together is bad enough but having to build each link before ya join is bordering on ridiculous.....why not just make `em link `n` length rather than `BUILD` a link and length

Well it was about time this one progressed a bit. First i got rid of the Bronco tracks. 😁😎 They proved to be very diffuicult job and when you thought they were ok, they fell apart..... So a friend gave me tracks from an Esci kit. They seem to fit just fine. They are painted and ready to be assembled. The camo is sprayed. Now i have to paint tyres etc....
