Amazing work, I love the way you paint most of the model before assembly.

Cheers Paul. Thank you Pete, I find painting the parts like that saves me a bit of time. I glued the fuselage from the inside using a bent paint brush and Tamiya extra thin cement. The bottom photo shows the joint ready for painting. ![](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50037588711_e331715936_c.jpg)

Paul, Pete, Marco and,Ian. Thanks awfully chaps. As you can see, the decals are in place ready for a coat of varnish tomorrow. All being well, I hope to get it finished in time. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) ![](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50044926247_415c15afdd_c.jpg)

It’d scare me to death applying the decals before joining the airframe but you’ve got Tamiya’s fit to help a little ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

Thanks lads. Steve, your right, the fit is very good. Almost there. I could have made a better fit with the checkers on the cowling. ![](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50057818511_9bb3a29cd6_c.jpg)

Thank you Wouter and, Paul. I managed to finish it today. I'll post a few photos tomorrow hopefully in the 1/72nd gallery. I lined the checkers decal up on the forward panel line. I should have lined it up on the rear of the cowling. Also,I didn't make a very good job with the paint finish. Thank you for looking in ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) ![](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50058483993_ea9e1eca7b_c.jpg)
