Ok guys, the build has started.
Half the kit comes from Italeri and the other half from Dragon. But they somehow go well together. Most of the assembly is over. 
The AA shields must first be painted and then to be glued on the tank. 










The problem i am encountering is that i i cannot find a good profile for the camo. The🤔 kit's instructions are useless on that department. 🙄

John, that's great work on the Panther. I agree with Paul; that Panther book( or heavy magazine) is a great reference with awesome profiles in it. I found my copy at Barnes and Noble and it is great for Panther research.

Well we have progress. 
I decided to go for a very late war tank. 
A new hull left in primer with parts from a striken tank and also a turret from a different one. 
The wheels are painted in late war green, as they should be in 45. 
So the Panther has a strange look but not unfamiliar to the last days of the war. 
So after some primer and preshading, it was sprayed in red primer. 






Then some masking on the hull to paint the donor tank parts. Then some more masking to paint a late war MAN camo for the turret. 
The AA extra armor was painted in rust colour. 
Of course there is a lot more work to be done.....
