Inspired by a picture on Art Station where a Russian artist had come up with a customised armoured car, I decided to have a go at a 72nd scale model of the subject. Bought the Master box kit, and then went about creating my own parts to turn it into what I wanted, so a new fatter rear and narrow (taller) wheel was turned. Next came a turned turbo, and air intake. Moulds of all these items were made and spares cast. Extended the wheel base, pushing the rear axle back (also lowering it) and front axle, which was scratch built brought right to the front. Finally got a lick of paint on it (didn't have any luck with the decals though :-() Only after taking the photo's, I noticed I hadn't installed the machine guns, maybe a job for tomorrow. Started this subject under a different thread 'Russian Vehicles (Different) Also, have a second kit and some Batalon resin wheels, so mocked up a coupe more ideas, maybe for another day...

Thanks Pete pleased you liked it :-) Must admit I'm a bit rusty on the painting side and the decals (oh god), I had to give up as they kept folding in two:-(
