Does commercially available chipping medium e.g. Vallejo, AK,Ammo etc , cure off I.e. if you leave it too long will it no longer chip?
Three guesses why I'm asking...

Couldn't tell you I'm afraid. I always use the hard to control hairspray method.

Never used `em Paul............i just use the good `ol tried and tested `sponge method` matey

I have done a bit of research and the opinion on a few sites is that the longer it is before beginning chipping the harder it is to remove. recommendations are: leave it and don't chip, overpaint or remove with a suitable solvent, Windex was one or iso alcohol.

the longest I've left them is a day and they worked fine don't know if you could leave them and reactivate after a longer period of time though
