Whenever I can get away with it fella.....
If Debs is working weekdays I can get on the bench 1630 and work thru till about 1900 and then start dinner If Debs isn't working I limit myself to 1800.
If Debs is working weekends I can normally get 12-15 hours benchtime, if she's off I don't go in the Cave at all

Thank you all for the great comments Bossman - I didn't disbelieve yer, it's just I've never come across ANYTHING that the ol' Loctite wouldn't stick like sh*t to a blanket....I scrubbed the parts to within an inch of their lives just to ensure it wasn't an old mould release agent issue.....applied the Loctite and.......hey presto! Separate parts! Fer ferk's sake! Anyhoo, sorted now! Here be piccies of where we are...... Engines got more detail and additional framing..... Jet covers got lift eyes and grab handles..... Made up the mounts for the foam nozzles and the rear-mounted hose guides..... Rear hose guides fitted..... Nozzle mounts dry-fitted....... Foam nozzles...... Overall......all that work and I've made a feckin' dozen bits!!! In order to get that last photo....a right arm sweep was required! AC&?W

Certainly a fine looking batch of bits, Neems. Don't sell yourself short, Dude. There's a lot of work there.
