Well after having very busy week, without modelling, I had a good session yesterday evening and today . I faded the paint work further with a mix oils, then after that had dried I matted the outside. This afternnoon I had a lovely time with a pint and chips . Still got to add the metal chips for the heavier areas, which I'll do shortly I know that I'm gonna be late for the finish of the GB, but hey, it'll only be a couple of days..... I hope .

Today had more work on the outside of the vehicle . And a little on the inside too . I added some dot oilage for some effect on the still green coloured parts of the vehicle. Also the underside got a covering of fine garden dirt fixed in with Revell gloss, then sprayed with a mix of Tamiya earthy colours. I also added the wheels, which also had a light spraying with the same colour as the undersides, then a quick brushing with black pigment for the treads . The inside had the dot treatment also, then a spraying of Tamiya Nato black to simulate soot staining from the fire. Oh yes, I added the headlights too The pigments I still need should arrive on Tuesday, which means I then really get cracking on the interior. Until then I will be sorting out the stowage, both the destroyed and still usable bits

Jedes Mal, wenn ich diese Arbeit sah, gefiel es mir besser! Was für eine fantastische Lackierung über einem fantastischen Scratch Build.

Wow, magnificent realism! Unbelievable!
Hey, how about drooping the machine gun barrel; I would think in the extreme heat of the post-explosion burning that it would soften and droop.
Just a crazy thought...
