Not much of an update as I was a bit busy with other “things”. However I did manage to sneak to the bench a few times. Hopefully I’ll have better luck this upcoming week.

it has been a slack week for me too Eric, too much time at work and too knackered to do anything when home

Aren't we all a tad sneeky when it comes to modelling... I purchase more than my better half knows of. 0

First let me start by saying a big "THANKS" to everyone here for the support....so THANKS Guys!! I need some help gentlemen...Camo Netting. Several pictures I've collected for this build show the M48s with camo netting on the turrets. I want to replicate that on this build. I came across this Leo 1A1 build on "another" web site and I kind of like the way this netting looks. The poster stated he used gauze and tea leaves to achieve this look. Any thoughts on the above example and/or suggestions on how to replicate a realistic look for this type of camo netting.

Joefix Studio’s make a good camo net. Then you could add any sort of leafy stuff to it. Even tea leaves apparently.

I`ve heard of gauze that is used in wound dressings for the netting and i`ve also heard of the tea leaves being used Eric, i`ve not tried it myself but it certainly looks the part judging by the pics , the good thing with this method is the ability to drape and shape rather than a rigid molded alternative.....
