Consider this a place marker for odds and ends I'm working on from time to time.
Whether any will get finished, I simply don't know but I assure you, the intention is there.
Should a build look like it's going full distance, I will post a separate thread in the usual way.
Anyway, currently playing with the monster Hobbyboss 1/48 SU-34 Fullback. Yes, I know the darling rivet counters have torn this kit apart but I still really like it, I certainly wouldn't pay the recommended £110 for it but when I had the chance of one substantially cheaper, I thought I would have a go.
One thing for sure, it goes together far more easily than the Kittyhawk offering although the detail doesn't appear as good. That said, warped upper and lower fuselage halves make for a touchy time.
It's still a pretty cool bird, accurate or not but I may need to resort to aftermarket wheels and nose to make it look a little more 'right'.
