Its about time I did one, my Uncle got a DFC flying one on pathfinder missions.
I have the 1/32 one as well, thought it wise to cut my teeth on something a little smaller.

Chaps. Yes, I am doing something although the heat has knocked my enthusiasm somewhat. Anyway, onwards with the cockpit / bomb bay. It's come out ok so far, I have been beating myself up over detail painting despite seeing very little once it's up together.   Ta. |

The office looks very nicely detailed Mence. It’ll add depth to the office when the canopy goes on too.

Chaps. Moving along although must admit the Olympics is getting most of my attention at the moment. Got it all closed up and the wings are on, must admit the fit isn't quite as 'Tamiya' as I'm used to, maybe because it was an earlier kit, couldn't possibly be me.  Anyway, bay doors on and first coat of paint on the undersides. Must admit the join seam looks poor in this shot, honestly not as bad as it looks...probably.  |
