Jaw dropping simply that! From here, looks that you don't need to do anything more to make this rat perfect!

Are you off the builds at the mo...........or still deciding
Life's thrown one of its 'curved balls' again. Having to redecorate and move my modelling station around. Hopefully I'll have it sorted by Xmas. Cheers fella 👍

Ok...been tinkering a bit. Finished all i need to do on the `donk`.......the air scoop now completed, i kept wit the worn theme and went for a small , carbon fibre decal sheet to cover the whole thing, i then distressed it with some sponged on Model Air steel and finally a wash of raw umber, i had to do this over 3 evenings to allow each of the top and two sides to dry fully so i could handle it, it was then sealed with future and allowed to dry before finishing.....finally i just added a small piece of linkage to the carbs.........i have also added the throttle butterflys as in the first pic
Next up i`ve tackled the seat, i went for an old claret colour base much like some of the early cars had........chucked an `ol tarp over it to cover any rips tears like you would ..........and finally some 1/35th sand bags wrapped in tissue and white glue to make some old cushions , this isn`t quite done yet as i need to adde the 5 point harness.......hence the metal mount in front of the seat
Still got a bit more to do to the floor yet...........ain`t gonna go to mad coz ya won`t see inside
And body just plonked on for interest...........it sit`s a lot lower than that!!.................i also went back over the wheels with some sponged white, i`ll tone then down slightly later on
Thats a few more bits off the list
Cheers all
