This years Scale Model World at the Telford International Centre will be on the weekend of the 13th and 14th of November. Entry is free with a valid IPMS membership card (which must be presented at the door). Day tickets are also available. Is anyone going? I'm considering it, but it's a long drive from Suffolk... We wont be going, trade stands are so stupidly eye watering expensive, dont mind having to pay a couple hundred pounds for a 12 foot stand, but not nearly 4 times that, then add in fuel (if its still available) and a hotel. Just not worth it for us. Have a good time if you go :-)

Not my kind of venue, and there are still the entry problems with the UK

It was only worth it if you looked at it as much as about selling products as it was ‘advertising’ your products.

Yes we agree with the advertising bit, have noticed for a few weeks after attending a show, like Scale Scotland in Edinburgh, theres a lot more parcels heading over the border into Scotland than normal. We have traded at Euro for a few years, and the prices were not too bad, seem to recall about £200 for a 12 foot stand,

When Milmod took over I wasn't in the country, was at the very early ones, and the later ones organised by Richard Wharton/Adrian Hopwood when they came up with Eurominiature a few years ago
