Yes, I know, most of you are probably thinking: Where's the real Marco? But, yes, I'm still in the crusade on behalf of WWII's weird and beautiful allied tanks, especially those that isn't T-34 and Sherman. After two British, I chose a French behemoth: The B1 Bis. This tank wasn't the best one on the WWII, but it's design, AFAIK, was the base to other good models, as Churchill and M3 Lee/Grant. It was used by the Germans too. Another Tamiya model, easy to build and in this case, with very good workable tracks, that made me happy! The box: The paint schemes (2 of 4): As some of you know, I thought about build the Vercingetorix three tone tank (just because I'm an Asterix fan), but after all I'll build the two tone "Bourrasque", because I prefer the narrow fenders and short exhaust tube. The parts (not so much): And the work so far (think abou 32 little pair of wheels that we almost can't see after the model is done): As all Tamiya models, the parts fall together, easy to build and a impressive result. Hope you like! ACC&?W

An ugly duckling! Will it turn into a beautiful swan?
In your hands, of course it will!!!!!
I think Uncle Night shift did this model, only just recently.

Good to see this one appear. I built it years ago and I must say that this is one of the - if not the - best kits out there. The fit of the parts is just amazing and the workeable tracks are just so cool. There's some detail lacking here and there but those are things easily set straight.
Seems you had a nice start already, I'll be tagging along for this cool build!
