Thanking you enormously. Base is finished with some wood grain tape from a hardware store. The bucket is black dog 1/48 scale but just right for this.  Some work on the tree and then final assembly |

A 1/48 bucket as a cooking pot in 1/35, clever, would never have thought of that!

I have once seen pictures of someone who made an evening scene with guys around a fire, had the fire facing side of the figures painted in a bit of a red tone... would look great on this as well.

I was hoping the campfire was a bit brighter so it could be lit from the fire alone. I suppose I could but not with this iPad camera, though. Would have to get a proper camera for that. Maybe another day!!!! |
